Is a time traveler bounty hunter in search of his lost daughter. He uses any mean to achieve his missions. He is an expert commando from the future, and he uses energy swords, gravitational distortion bombs, and any other gadget at his disposal to fight.

Void Manipulation

Rascal creates a space-time singularity in some sort of bubble, stopping everything in it for sometime, allowing him to neutralize anything hostile or escape if needed.
